Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We accept returns or exchanges on defective items without restocking fees. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@spectrumalberta.ca with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will send you a replacement product at our expense or refund the purchase price, at our discretion, using the original method of payment.
We accept discretionary refunds up to 30 days from the date of purchase, less a 20% restocking fee; after 30 days refunds may be refused at our discretion or with a 50% restocking fee. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the items being returned during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so we strongly encourage you ship with insurance and a tracking number; refunds will not be issued until returned merchandise is received in good order and inspected by Spectrum Alberta Ltd. for damage. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
We accept exchanges on products of equal or greater value without restocking fees; the same product return requirements apply and exchange item will not be provided until the original item(s) is received and confirmed to be in saleable condition.
