Shipping

We do our best to ship same business day where possible, and offer several shipping service options through Canada Post/USPS and UPS. Unless specifically requested in the order notes, shipments may be sent via a lower-cost carrier or rate option if expected delivery time meets or exceeds (i.e., will be delivered sooner) the minimum of the shipping method selected by the customer.

International shipments are subject to local taxes, customs, and duties and/or additional charges such as brokerage fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If at any time Spectrum Alberta Ltd. is billed for these charges, Spectrum Alberta Ltd. will bill the buyer in the same manner the original order was billed.

We accept discretionary refunds up to 30 days from the date of purchase, less a 20% restocking fee; after 30 days refunds may be refused at our discretion or with a 50% restocking fee. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the items being returned during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so we strongly encourage you ship with insurance and a tracking number; refunds will not be issued until returned merchandise is received in good order and inspected by Spectrum Alberta Ltd. for damage. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Free shipping is currently offered on orders to the Canadian provinces equaling or exceeding $350 CAD before taxes and after discounts; free shipping is offered to the contiguous United States on orders equaling or exceeding $350 USD before taxes and after discounts. Exclusions may apply, at our discretion, on large and/or overweight items. Shipments will be sent by the least costly method available and we make no guarantees as to which courier is used nor the timeliness of the shipment.
