Small, shank-mounted combination flapwheel for brush/satin finishing.
The NCS 600 finishing mop is characterized by both high material removal and a fine surface pattern; it is made up of an alternating arrangement of non-woven flaps and coated abrasive cloth. Synthetic aluminum oxide grain is enhanced by a dual resin bond: the first affixing it to the backing and the second covering the grain, embedding it firmly and contributing to the long service life of the abrasive. The non-woven material between the abrasive flaps provides for a uniform finish throughout the mop's lifespan.
Built-in 1/4" shaft mounts to die grinders, flexible shaft equipment, and drills.
Max RPM:
- 1.5" Diameter x 1" Wide: 15,200 RPM
- 2" Diameter x 1" Wide: 12,200 RPM
- 3" Diameter x 2" Wide: 7,600 RPM
The Klingspor corporation was founded as a glue factory in Siegen in 1893 by Johann Friedrich Klingspor. In 1899, the company began with the production of abrasives. This initial venture was followed by the market introduction of countless innovations such as the waterproof abrasive paper or the abrasive mop. Today, Klingspor produces tens of thousands of abrasive mops and hundreds of thousands of cut off and grinding discs daily, and has a catalog of over 50,000 products.
