Mounted non-woven abrasive wheels provide provide a fine satin finish on rim vent holes, resulting in a surface ready for mirror finishing.
Specially-produced non-woven flap wheels provide an especially smooth and balanced feel compared to traditionally-produced flap "logs". Flexible satin flaps conform to contoured surfaces without altering part geometry or damaging intricate features. Densely arranged flaps provide continuous cutting action throughout life, while resisting heat and loading. As the grains wear away, so does the nylon webbing, continually exposing fresh abrasive material and sharp cutting grains. The variety of shapes and sizes available provide versatility in deburring and polishing flat or contoured surfaces. Built-in 1/4" shaft mounts to die grinders, flexible shaft equipment, and drills.
Max RPM:
- 1" Diameter x 1" Wide: 20,000 RPM
- 2" Diameter x 1" Wide: 15,000 RPM
